(6) If you’re running low on toppings, rice, or sake, you can order more by clicking the phone. You can order supplies in advance, so it’s worth it to keep an eye on your stock. (7) Pay attention to your customer’s moods. Don’t take too long to serve them, or they’ll get upset and leave. Serving sake or performing a knife trick can help to improve their patience, but only for a short while. (8) You can earn combos for making orders without referring to the recipe book. (9) After serving the customer, you must wait for him to finish eating. (10) Once he’s finished, he will automatically pay and leave. Your next job is to gather up all of the plates to clean the table for the next customer. You can earn a plate combo for clearing plates in a chain. (11) At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see how much cash you’ve earned in Yen. You can use this cash to order more ingredients. (12) If you create an item that isn’t on the menu, it turns into a brown blob (complete with eyes and a face). This isn’t edible, of course…and brown blobs clog up space on the conveyor belt. (13) Your reputation is displayed as a bar on the top left corner, next to the golden star. This improves as you upgrade your store, and your service improves. Taking reservations increases this as well, but failing to deliver can hurt your reputation score. (14) Accepting reservations will earn you extra money and reputation points. Once accepted, drag the reservation signs to seats. You’ll earn more if you can manage to sit the parties next to each other. ![]() (15) Sometimes you’ll be given and order "to go." You don’t have to accept these, but they can make you quick extra money. The dishes you make are then applied to the take out order. (16) Every day, you will be given a set of goals. If you reach them, you’ll be able to advance to the next day. As you move up, you lose most of your upgrades, and some of your ingredients and sushi recipes. Sushi recipes rotate each day, so you should only attempt to make recipes that customers have ordered.
